I am going on vacation with some of my extended family on tuesday. We rented a house in florida so we will have a fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans, etc. There will be 14 people all together with 7 of them being children. We just need some meal ideas for that many people. Thanks

1 mom liked this

You should do maybe some BBQ shredded chicken in the crock pot so you can enjoy your vacation and then buy some bread on the way home ....tada BBQ sandwiches and maybe some chips !?

You could utilize a crock pot also, that way there isn't a lot of time spent in the kitchen and the clean up won't take as long.  It sounds like you are going to have a great time.  I have been wanting to take a vacation like that for a while now.

You could do breakfast for dinner.....Pancakes, sausage, and eggs ?

Florida vacation sounds like hot bbq and cold salads to me. Not to mention getting in tune with the local food stuff. Sword fish, tuna steaks, shark... I'd be shopping at the local food markets then compiling delicious meals from that.

I like the crock pot idea if one is avaliable...

salsa chicken is so easy.

pepperoni rolls were a huge hit here.

burgers, dogs, pasta salad, tater salad...

If you have a grill...I would use it.
