I am making chicken marsala (sans mushrooms) for dinner tonight. I need quick and easy sides though, I have no idea what to pair with it!

Garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli is what I usually do.

Same here but I put shredded cheese on the broc after its on the plate

Thanks for the ideas! I ended up going with one of those frozen Steamers bags. It was roasted red potatoes and went perfectly. (I would have liked to make a fresh side but I ran out of time because of stupid homework!)

Right now I'm in a physics class (I hate physics with every ounce of my being). My major is currently Applied Science and Technology, one day I will be a dermatologist. (Even though that one day is about 8 years from now. lol)
