Has anyone ever thrown you a surprise party? Who and for what?

Not for me but, I threw a surprise party for a friend of mine that just got a promotion. It was so hard keeping it a secret. I threw a party for a friend of mine that had to move because of her job. Kind of farewell and passed out an address book for everyone to put emails and address's in. We included a scrapbook page with all of our pictures. She was so surprised. We had just little cheese sandwiches and fruit and drinks. I wish someone would throw me a party. I never even got birthday partys except at home with just parents and sis and bro and some cake. My parents didn't spend big on birthdays. They saved all yr for graduation present from high school.
