One of those things (like potato salad) where everyone has a different favorite.
How do you make your deviled eggs? Do you want them more "mustard-y" or more "sweet"?
I know it's not exactly the time of year people are making them, but I could eat them every day.

Wend, the df chops up a boiled egg, throws some mayo in, and calls it "egg salad" for a sandwich. Shucks, couldn't you just put some mayo on the bread and some egg slices? To me, egg salad has to have something to make it ---well, a salad.
And, yeah, I can eat boiled eggs anytime, just give me some salt and pepper.
