Yes I make ground turkey and chicken burgers all the time.
Here is the recipe I use. My family loves it.
3 pounds ground turkey or chicken
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely diced onion
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 patties.
Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once.
"Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk beside the fire: it is the time for home."

Oh I do, I love ground chicken especially for Tacos. That's all I use for tacos now! It also is really good for sloppy joes.
Saved! I'm trying to get the man to eat healthier, and for the most part he's doing well. But he's a burger-holic, and it's killing him. Thanks!
