Thanks for the bump! The milk kefir, to me anyway, is almost a yogurt smoothie, it will settle tummy issues in minutes but I would like to find the non milk kefir to drink as well... I would prefer to make my own really.

Okay... its medieval which is milk based kinda like drinkable yogurt but better tasting and easier to make you can buy it or make it. And I misunderstood the other part its cumbooka (so?) That's non dairy and I don't know that much about it lol.

The kefir is to me expensive in traditional stores but at Aldi it isn't. We all drink about 8 oz a day to help with digestion etc... for example, we were exposed to the flu several times, unknowingly of course, and while friends got very sick, throwing up ,fever, diareah, etc we as a family didn't get it. Like, didn't get even upset tummies... I honestly believe its due to the kefir.

My son likes the blueberry bbut I don't know anything about the non-dairy kind. I'll have to look into that.
