Kefir .... if you drink it or make it i have some questions for ya :-)

I like the blueberry and the strawberry milk kefir but I want to try the non dairy kefir... pros, cons, ideas, recipes, .... lol just anything ya got thought wise on kefir.

I have never heard of this. Kombucha is good though... Lol that's the only part I understood!

I drank the berry one (I think it was raspberry), not the non dairy one. they don't have it at my new grocery store., though I should look into making it.

I use inner-eco df, probiotic Kefir. I just take the amount straight up-

I don't think I've ever seen it around here, but I'll check at our Fresh Market (it's like a Whole Foods).  I'd like to try it.
