yes, and no - we deliberately put the alarm clock on the other side of the room so we HAVE to get up to turn it off...by the time we get to the clock, we're too awake to go back to bed

No alarm necessary.  I just wake up.  Good thing, too, since I can't hear squat without my aids during the night.

No, the tv comes on to wake us up. The jarring sound of an alarm clock sets a bad mood for our day.

I have the alarm set everyday and now that mornings are chilly, I do hit the snooze button a couple of times.
