what is the one kitchen appliance you can't live without?

I have to say microwave. See we were without electricity for several weeks at a time due to hurricanes so we did without them all. We found a way to keep living without power. We cooked thawed meats and dinners on a camp stove and grill. Used ice chests (Dh brought ice home free from.work) to keep fridge stuff cold. And washed dishes by hand. The microwave is the only appliance that i can't substitute that i use daily.

the stove/oven and fridge. lol so that is more than 1, bu both atr important!

Fridge. I can build a fire if I have to, but I really need the fridge.
