my kids get food packs at the end of each week from school. and i have 4 of them. once a month, they each get a giant jar of pb. this would be awesome if any of us really were in love with it but we arent and we are sittin here at the end of the school year with over 30 jars of peanut butter. ive given so much away and cant find anyone else that wants some and we are tired of peanut butter cookies. im not the most creative cook cause i just really dont enjoy cooking. so any suggestions and recipes would be appreciated

A food pantry in your area- call the churches.

I like chocolate frosting between graham crackers, and sometimes I make it with PB as well as chocolate. I also make PB and chocolate frosting for cake- just add PB to the chocolate frosting.

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

1 c. sugar

1 c. peanut butter

1 egg

Mix with a sturdy spoon.  Place by tsps. or Tbls. on a cookie sheet (I line mine with parchment paper) and bake at 350 for about 8-10 min. or until light golden brown (don't overbake).  Remove from oven and press with tines of a fork.  Allow to cool slightly, then place on a rack to continue cooling.

If you bake them too much, they'll be crispy.  If it's just right, they'll be crispy on the edges and have soft centers.
