Does anyone use coconut oil to cook?

My DH is looking for ways to be healthier and wants us to start using coconut oil when we cook. Has anyone used this? Do you like/dislike it?

I use it for everything! Mostly as a moisturizer and for diaper rashes

I use it for cooking and baking. It's a lot lighter when you use it to fry. You don't have to melt it when you're baking with it.

I've never used it for diaper rashes. I make lotions, lip balm and soaps with it before.

Works great with rashes. I use it more when I put cloth diapers on them

I used cloth diapers on ds and he hardly ever got diaper rashes. I wish I would have used it for dd though. She would get diaper rashes a lot.
