Sorry for the uber big picture! So I made this for dinner tonight and it was amazing!! I titled it no excuses cuz I shared this over on Facebook and my kitchen is in the midst of being remodeled. I still have my stove and fridge so I decided to skip the take out and keep cooking us healthy meals.
Homemade turkey burger on 100% whole wheat english muffin. I topped mine with Plain GreeK yogurt, spicy mustard and baby spinach leaves. I also made homemade sweet potatoe fries and broccoli. It was hit, even for my picky hubby and son :)
