 That sounds good!

Quoting rmp:

I made my favorite easy recipe today : No Boiling Baked Ziti and you can find the recipe on the Ragu website. You mix everything in a bowl and put in a 13x9 glass dish and bake for 55 minutes. You dont even need to boil the pasta. Wonderful and my family loves it.

Pepperoni Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

24 pepperoni slices

6 slices mozzarella cheese

In a well greased skillet, brown chicken on both sides

Place chicken in a 9x13 " baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Arrange 4 pepperoni slices over each piece of chicken and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven, top each chicken piece with a slice of mozzarella and bake 5 minutes more until cheese is melted.

Smoked Sausage and Cabbage

1 pkg. shredded coleslaw mix
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 lb. smoked sausage
Sauté cabbage, onions and peppers in a little oil. Add sliced smoked sausage, cover and continue to cook about 15 minutes until it smells so good you can't stand it any more! Or, this can be placed in the oven for about 30 minutes at 350.

I throw whatever I have in the crockpot and keep lean cusines on hand for rough rough days.

Otherwise, there is always soup!

These are good served with a side salad. They freeze well and reheat quickly.

Barbeque Cups

1 lb Ground Beef, Pork or Turkey
1 Bottle Barbeque Sauce
2 Cans Rrefrigerator Biscuits
Cheddar Cheese

Brown ground beef; drain. Return to pan and add sauce; heat through. Flatten each biscuit and place in muffin tins, to form a cup. Spoon beef mixture into each cup. Cook about 10 minutes (check biscuit can for oven temperature and reduce by 25 degrees). Remove from oven and add cheese. Return to oven for a couple more minutes, just to melt cheese.
