Removing chlorine from your kids' hair?

 What products do you use to remove chlorine from your kids' hair?  My daughter's hair gets REALLY gross -- to the point that it feels like hay.  I use both shampoo AND conditioner, but that does not really help.

Anyone else have any product recommendations for removing chlorine from hair?

I use the swim kids by Loreal or Suave. It's a swimmers shampoo.

I'm not sure about how to remove it, but I've heard if you rinse your hair before going in the pool that it absorbs less chlorine in the first place. Your skin and hair fill with the water from the shower before entering the pool, and so there is less chlorine absorbed by your hair and skin.

Aveda makes a shampoo just for summer use it is great :O)

Hmm..I don't know. We don't have that problem. Mine and my son's hair is dry..But I use only natural products anyway..So ..umm!!

I don't know if you've tried either, but I love California baby & kiss my face kids products. The one we are using right now is called " orange you smart. "
