What's really gotten under your skin today?
Nothing really. I just have a lot of housework to catch up on. Hopefully I can get it all done by noon, so Miah and I can spend a few hours outside before the weather gets yucky.
When James got hired as supervisor at his job he was replacing this one guy, Charlie. Well what the boss man didnt tell James was that he told Charlie he would give him a second chance so starting on Monday Charlie is going to be supervisor instead of Dh and he's going back to just regular lube tech. Thats bull if you ask me! The boss guy, Travis, is a real douche. He's been hiring and firing lube techs left and right and seems really fickle. I think Dh pissed him off somehow (I warned him not to) and thats why this is happening. I mean, seriously?! Really?!?! James' pay won't change but his hours might and charlie will make him have to work Saturdays again and that will piss me off.
I think the universe is telling us to move out of Pueblo. Do you ever feel that push by an unknown force? No matter how hard you push back, you know deep down that whatever is going to happen WILL happen? I'm pretty sure that's what's happening here. We just need to do the carpets in the house, paint the doors (damn dog), and replace the front and back lawns. I think we should move this summer, giving Dh an immediate deadline usually puts him in the priority mindset.
It's the 27th now but I am irked. I made chicken parm lst night, I had 1 extra piece of mozzarella cheese left over. There were 3 pieces of chicken left, 2 with cheese and 1 without, I got in the fridge and there was the piece of non cheese chicken in there, but NO cheese! My brother ate the chicken with the cheese and used the last piece as well. I had to use shredded mozzarella and it so wasnt the same.
