I'm going to say twice, but I don't know if the first time was really love. It was just because he was my first "real" boyfriend so I'm not sure if it was actually "love", so only one time that counts

My first bf broke my heart, it was awful. We were freshmen in college.

I had another 5 yr relationship with another guy, and I was totally in love with him. It didnt work out, but we are still friendly today.

Then there is Keith. lol. I love him with all my heart!

I'm not sure. Definately at least once (Dh! lol) but i like to think that I loved Andrew and I loved Wesley in a way. i guess you'd have to define love?
