Jerk!

I cut up half a watermelon last night, and let my son have some after dinner. He ate enough that I could actually close the container. 

Well, hubby ate nearly all that container last night. Seriously!? Now, I get to cut up teh remainder of the watermelon and hope like hell I get to eat some today!

I love watermelon like no other, it goes just as fast in this house too.

 I could see my dh doing something like that. I usually just cut open the top and scoop it out with a ice cream scoop instead of cutting it though. Speaking of watermelon, I think I'm gonna go eat some lol.

I've melon balled it in the past, but it breaks so many membranes and loses the juices much faster. It also wastes a bunch, lol. With a knife, I can slice it down, and then cut right along the rine (how the hell do you spell that?! lol)
