Walmart Vent

 I'm seriously thinking about boycotting Walmart for a while. Their customer service just sucks anymore. Today I was going to get some fabric to make a 4th of July twirler dress for Adelyn. There was a lady cutting some fabric for someone else and I was standing right behind her picking out our fabric and when the lady finished helping the other person she took their fabric to put it up and NEVER CAME BACK! I got pissed and threw the fabric down and just went to finish my shopping and here comes the lady out of the back, she must of been late for break or getting off so she just simply ignored me! Ugh! I was so angry. I really should of complained. But the Walmart here has gone down hill. The other day they had 2 regular check outs open, 4 - 20 items or less and a 10 or less item lane open so the lines were really long and I guess people started to get irate and now Walmart has a rule where if you say the F Bomb they have to call for a CSM and refuse to help you. Oh! And that day the lines were short there was a checker who didn't have her light on so this mom with kids asked if she was opened and said no, but not 5 minutes later she let someone she knew go through her line. So anyways, I think I'll be doing my shopping elsewhere. I'll just go to Hobby Lobby this weekend to get fabric for a dress. Walmart was just more convenient but I just don't have the patience for them anymore.

Our walmarts don't sell fabric anymore. I don't like them either so I do Joann's or hobby lobby or I order it online.

 They you say you can't at the one in Canon City. I'm like well F*** I'm screwed! lol.

I usually go to target. Love that place but randomly when I do go to walmart it's on for a handful of things.

I started boycotting Walmart about 7 years ago.  I only go if I absolutley have no other option.  Like I am out of pull-ups and didn't realize it.  I drive past 3 walmarts to get to a Target and I will pay more for groceries by shopping elsewhere.  I have no problems doing this as I despise Walmart's business practices.

 I get people fired from walmart including managers, it suprises me how much my local walmarts have improved over the last year I have lived where I am at. I know the economy sucks but give me a break I do not care that your druggie boyfriend is in jail, do not cuss in spanish at me and think that I am not aware of what you are saying, and I don't care that it is the holiday season paste that smile on your face and be respectful to me and help me do not ignore me. I have even been standing in an isle and have called the store asked for a manager and had them meet me in the isle I need help in after I looked for an employee or ignored several times.

I HATE Walmart!!! Unfortunately where we live, it is the only store up here besides a grocery store. We live about 50 miles from any major city so where we're at, Walmart has the upper hand. We've been praying for YEARS for Target or some other store like that to open, but so far no luck. I've complained more than once at our Walmart. My FIL told me how to get service without being a jerk (cuz I've been known to be a jerk when I stand in line for 20 minutes with our 3 year old!) He told me to get my cell phone out and call the store manager - tell them you've been standing in line for 20 minutes and you demand someone service the customers....IT WORKED!! Within 5 minutes, 3 other lines opened up and the crowds were dissipating, but I was annoyed I had to do that just to get service. I've not dropped an "f-bomb" with our son there - I try not to swear in front of our son, but I was irritated when I left. Now I try to make a list and when I go down the hill every few weeks, I'll go to Target or the Super Walmart (the one down the hill is awesome!)

Wish Target would realize how many people don't wanna shop Walmart and open more of those!!!

I stopes going there a good 4yrs already since I was pregnant with my son. Since I was pregnant with my oldest for my babyshower I got two bath tubs so I was going to return the one they gave me the gift certificate. Aparently the person who was helping me was trying to find a way to get rid o me and for me to keep the tub because she started asking me at what wallace I got it from and how much it was. I was telling him it was a gift and that's why I had a gift certificate. He said I needed the original receipt and that wouldn't work. How was it not going to work then why would they give them out. He kept. Giving me an attitude until I asked to speack with the manager then he said wait I think I can do something. I was so mad by then I was like no I need to talk to the manager I had there more than 30 min trying to talk to this guy and now all of a sudden he knows how it works aha right. I told him I wasn't leaving unil I speaker to the manager. So he came and he got in trouble and I told him I soul take my tub back since it was so much work to return it and from now on I would be doing my shopping at target. A week later I got a gift card in the mail with a sorry letter
