Probably not to anyones interest (or knowledge) I actually make almost everything The Stir puts out as far as recipes go, much to my dishwasher husbands dismay (and honestly, practically is only chore).
But it's not often that I talk about it. However, I wanted to share THIS particular recipe with you:
Wonderful Banana Bread Waffles With Cinnamon Butter
My dd LOVES banana's and I LOVE cinnabutter so I thought that this would be a perfect late breakfast treat. I followed all the recipes directions to the nines and my only REAL problem with it is that the batter was so THIN. It was actually so thin that I had to add a little corn starch to thicken it up a bit and even then it was still too thin to make waffles out of.
SO! We made pancakes out of it instead and that was just as good, especially with the cinnabutter and bananas on top!
