Without making yourself bored and worn out? Any suggestions? My dd loves to stay busy, but goodness it wears me out so fast!

I have a three year old, but he normally just does whatever his big brother does (DS1 is five years old). They entertain each other and their 23 m.o. sister, lol. Does he have train tracks/cars/track? Or costumes? Mine love dressing up to play superheroes.

I have a 3 year old dd and I take her outside as much as I can. We go to nature walks around he block, make dirt cakes, and dig for worms lol. When we're inside, I set her up with crayons & paper. If that doesn't keep her busy, I turn on a learning show on Netflix and she'll normally sit and watch the whole thing.

Well, when my son was 3, he just did his own thing most of the time, lol.

I have seen things online about making a swing for in your doorway though... if you own, you could possibly do that.

Make her an obstacle course outside too... stand back and time her, lol. I can't 'run' with my kids, so I prefer to let them do their own thing. My daughter stays in the house, since she doesnt' get that you can't run to the road (55mph traffic) or leave the yard... With a newborn now, I can't be leaving him in the grass to chase her, literally. I wear him when I can, but it's pretty warm right now too and the sun will quickly burn his little scalp.
