Totinos Pizza

I'm spoiled. I love homemade pizza. I never buy totinos if I buy frozen though.

I prefer homemade, but when your have less than an hour to feed the kids before bedtime, frozen is a must. Totinos us cheapest and hubby likes them. I prefer jacks, but it's rare we get a sale on them.

My dough takes 30 minutes to rise and twelve minutes to bake. It would be a tight hour but doable. I'm thinking about freezing some dough. If it doesn't work, I'm not out much but it might make the process easier on nights we are short on time.

I like mine to rise about 45 mins. but, for us, even a half hour rise is too long. It would have been an hour and a half before they could have possibly even finished
