Why not? Its not like I am taking the kids into the gentlemens club, and its not like the strippers will be stripping out side.

Why would someone even put a child's indoor playground NEXT to a gentlemens club?

Kids generally are at playgrounds from 10am-4pm. Gentlemen clubs are usually not open during those hours.
There is a porn shop on the University of Illinois campus. Like, right on campus, hard to miss. We drive by it all of the time. Should I change schools so my children stop seeing the horrible building? No. It is a building.

Probably as long as the outside of the club is well kept
