Pumpkin spice Croissants. 

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 tubes cresent rolls (open and split lengthwise to make more cresents)
    • Beat until fluffy: 4 oz cr. cheese,
    • 1 can pumpkin (not pie filling),
    • 2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice,
    • 3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar.

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Place 2 tsp spoonful on each cresent and spread.
    2. Roll cresent up.. Add the extra tsp of sugar and pumpkin spice mix, on top (sprinkle)
    3. Bake 350 degree F for 15-18 minutes (or until browned)

I love my moms baked beans but the recipe would scare you all with how bad they are for you.

Mom's baked beans

2 cups dry great northern beans
1/3 tsp baking soda
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp bacon fat
Bacon strips

Pick bean discarding broken and discolored beans, stones, etc

Soak overnight in water, drain and rinse

In large pot; cook beans on water and baking soda until tender

Drain and place beans in glass baking dish

Add salt and auger sprinkled over top

Cover beans with strips of bacon

Pour bacon grease over the top

Cover beans with water

Cover dish with tin foil

Bake for 3 hours at 350 degrees

Keep an eye on the water, you don't want them to dry out
