Do you exercise?

I have zero upper arm strength so 30% of it were things I couldn't do. I'm still working on building my upper arm strength then go back through it all again to get a better end result.
Week one & two were challenging but do able for the most part (mentioned above), week 3 is killing me. It's not as intense but it's making the smaller muscles work!
After this I'm going to do some yoga and dancing with the stars
