  1. In 1953, it took 27 hours to create just one Peep. Today, it takes only six minutes.
  2. Just Born, the family-owned candy manufacturer that makes Peeps, makes more than four million Peeps a day.
  3. Americans will eat more than 600 million Marshmallow Peeps and Bunnies this Easter.
  4. Yellow Peeps are the most popular, followed by pink, lavender, blue and white.
  5. Peeps manufacturer, Just Born, also makes Mike & Ike, Hot Tamales and Peanut Chews candies.

I don't care for Peeps. However, chocolate covered marshmallow eggs.........LOVE THEM.
