Tuesday nights supper with potato chips....BBQ Beer Shredded Pork Sandwiches in The Crock PotINGREDIENTS1 cup of beer2 bottles of bbq sauceGarlic/pepper/saltPork ChopsINSTRUCTIONSPut everything in crock pot and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Shred pork chops and let them sit in sauce for about 15 or so minutes.Serve on hamburger bun.
Had beef strips,peas and mashed potatoes
Tonight, we ate out. Colton had a great parent/teacher conference (I'm so stinking proud of him) and we told him he could pick anything he wanted for supper, and he chose Chick-Fil-A.
tomorrow, breakfast. Eggs, applesauce, biscuits, sausage, and bacon.
