We used to donate to The Salvation Army until we found out they provide Christmas bags for inmates.

Yes. The most recent to a breast cancer group. Donated baby stuff to a group in our area that takes in unwed pregnant mommies that need help. Donated to Vietnam veteran group, and a couple other groups in my area that take slightly used items we no longer need like clothes and household things. Collecting shoes right now for a group with my Mom's Club.

We always donate our used clothes that we can no longer use. I sent a huge box of baby boy clothes to my friend in germany right now while her husbands deployed.
