Make a game out of it. Our 3 year old DS loves to brush his teeth because we made it a game :)

Work on counting skills. My three year old can count up to 20 because we count while she is brushing.

For every full minute my kids brush they earn a star, if on Sunday night their star charts are full they get a treat whether its staying up 30 extra mins, or a secret treat they dont know about...

they love doing it, but let them pick the tooth brush and toothpasete and put it all on themselves

my kids have electric toothbrushes and it makes it fun for them to brush their teeth.

I put on a song my dd loves and I will brush her teeth. Afterwards I will let her chew on the toothbrush. She has Down Syndrome and this is what works for us.
