I'm Traci, mom of two.  We have become health freaks and I'm always looking for veggyful food recipes for them.  When you don't start them out healthy it's hard to get them on board.  At 5 and 11 years old they are noticing how the bad food makes them feel but still, it's hard for them to resist.
