Do you try to have veggies with each meal or at least dinner?

Yes I offer vegetables and do fruit for desert the baby loves cherry tomatoes for a snack

we do fruit and veggies frequently through out the day, my kids prefer them over sweets!!

I do.  Even if it is carrot and celery sticks or cut up cucumbers.

Yes...we have some type of veggie...especially since our girls are vegetarians!  LOL  Vegetarians in the family certainly changes the way I cook!  We also use soy instead of meat in spaghetti sauce, etc.

Yes.  I definitely serve veggies with supper, but we try to add them at other times of the day as well.

 I have veggies at each meal..even if its just fresh veggies cut up with some homemade dip or peanut butter

Of course. It would be difficult to get 7 servings a day, if they were not part of meals
