My 2 year old is not big on meat. My 15 year old would like to become a vegan, but that usually lasts for a couple of days.

2 of my little sisters are vegetarian. Both started around age 11 or 12. They are now 28 and 23. One is full vegan and the other vegetarian. One of them is pregnant right now, so I guess she might raise the baby veg too. It was a pain for my mom, since the rest of the family ate meat.

It is super tough. It was hard for me to decide how many veggies I needed to serve for each meal...and how to get protein in there without overdoing it on eggs or peanut butter.  I had grown up  in the south....with 1 meat and two veggies for dinner each night.  It took an adjustment period, for sure!

Mine aren't but I'm curious to see how many are.  Plus I'd like to know how you get them to eat a variety of stuff.

I just let my kids choose. I don't force my choices on them. My oldest didn't eat meat for the first while, by choice, but eats is now.
