Do you think food and supplements can help with learning disorders?

I know many people who believe that what their kids eat is directly related to their behavior.

I don't see that in my kids however.

I think it can, but i obviously does not always help. Its interesting how some kids react differently to different foods. I was talking to a coworker the other day who has a son who is autistic. They figured out that when he eats anything with blue dye he gets nervous. Their dotors insisted that blue dye shouldnt cause a reaction, but it does to him. My daughter is allergic to blue dye & not other dyes which I have had doctors tell me is strange because usually its red dye, but for her shes only allergic to blue

Not sure. I do think what we eat has an effect on our mood. For example some foods make us tired and some give us energy.

I think it can for some people but not everyone.
