1. Couscous with grilled veggies.
2. Chicken Satay in Peanut Sauce
3. Chicken Soup.
4. Roast Rosemary Potatos and Sesame Seed Asparagus.

Grilled chicken salad
Grilled shrimp with asparagus
Turkey feta burgers (my fav!)
Baked chicken w/ steamed broccoli

1. Stir fry-chicken, soy sauce, frozen veggie mix and brown rice
2. Salmon baked in the oven with Soy Vey teriyaki marinade, cauliflower "couscous" and roasted broccoli
3. Annies organic mac and cheese and I add broccoli to it (for those nights I'm desperate LOL)
4. Roasted chicken and veggies (I use baby carrots, cubed potatoes and onions, just arranged in a baking pan)
5. Chicken breasts, seasoned and grilled, with parmesan buttered noodles
