French Vanilla French Toast

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 thick white bread slices (FROZEN)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 French Vanilla Coffee-Mate
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil or real butter

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix together eggs, creamer, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat until frothy.
  • Grease hot griddle with coconut oil or butter.
  • Dip FROZEN bread into mixture, flipping 4 times (twice on each side).
  • Cook on both sides until crispy and golden.
  • Serve warm, with desired toppings.

This recipe can be (and most likely should be) doubled.
