French Vanilla French Toast
- 6 thick white bread slices (FROZEN)
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 French Vanilla Coffee-Mate
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil or real butter
- Mix together eggs, creamer, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat until frothy.
- Grease hot griddle with coconut oil or butter.
- Dip FROZEN bread into mixture, flipping 4 times (twice on each side).
- Cook on both sides until crispy and golden.
- Serve warm, with desired toppings.
This recipe can be (and most likely should be) doubled.
