Getting Liposuction Could Make You Fatter Than You Were Before
Liposuction can actually make you fatter. That's right FATTER!
If you Hoover out all that unwanted pudge, you body actually compensates for the loss by increasing the amount of fat elsewhere in your body.
In a new study from Brazil, women who had lipo on their abdomens had an increase in visceral fat, which is fat around the abdominal organs, six months after surgery. So basically you could be trading in that muffin top for back fat! Talk about a raw deal.
But this visceral fat is bad for many reasons, vanity the least of them. Researchers say it can be more harmful than regular fat as studies have linked it to high blood pressure, high cholesterol loves, and insulin resistance, all of which can increase the risk of heart disease.
But there is light at the end of the tubby tunnel. If you work out
regularly after surgery, you can keep this new fat from forming. That
doesn't mean the occasional power walk with a pal. You have to begin an
actual fitness regimen. You know, like the one you probably should have
done instead of getting surgery in the first place. Which kind of
defeats the whole purpose of even having a quick fix procedure, right?
The lesson here: While strict diet and exercise can suck, it really is the best solution for losing weight.

I need to hire a nutritionist ...or something because i have a hard time eating healthy and drinking alot of water just recently started doing like leg lifts and walking like very recent ...but i don't know i gotta do something im gaining way to much weight sitting at home
Quoting abra:
For us, just eating healthy (we rarely eat processed foods and minimal meat. Most of our diet is fruits, veggies, cheese and whole grains) and being naturally active (we take walks, I play with the kids, clean the house in heels, etc) keeps us all in shape. Post partum I have to do a little toning, but nothing major.
