Well, here goes..

I asked for prayers last week or so but I don't know that I ever elaborrated. My husband went in for a CT scan to make sure that his lungs were doing ok after being diagnosed with asthma and they found a tumor. It is not in his lungs but on his rib. They are 99% sure that it is benign but want to take it out anyway. We found out yesterday, I think it was, that he will be having surgery a week from Monday. I have been a ball of nerves lately but can honestly say that all of the thoughts and prayers that I asked for did not go unnoticed and it was only through them that I was able to have a peace with everything. I still find myself overthinking things and freaking myself out but all in all I am ok. So I just wanted to say thank you for keeping me and my family in your thoughts and prayers.

Thanks, ladies. In the past year alone I have lost my aunt, a good family friend, and my BIL to cancer so when Mark told me that they found a mass I was pretty shaken up. Your thoughts and prayers mean more than you will know.
