It's Thai time you learn how to make your own exotic salad dressings. Lettuce show you the light -- as in light corn syrup, lite soy sauce and the other easy ingredients it takes to whip up a batch. Give it a Thai tonight.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup light corn syrup 3 tbsp. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce 3 tbsp. fresh limejuice 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint leaves 1 tsp. crushed red pepper 1 clove garlic, pressed
Methods/steps
Measure all ingredients into jar with screw-top lid; cover and shake well.

Ooh, this looks good! DH just told me he was in the mood for a big salad so I picked up all "the fixin's" this morning at the store. I have most of these ingredients so I'll try it this week. I bet it would be good as a marinade too, I might make extra :)  Thanks for sharing!
