Do you know what causes them? How do you remedy them?

Funny you should ask, I have a headache now that is slowly but surely turning into a migraine. I get them uaully at least once month. As far as remedy...push through it if I can. I have not had any migraine meds in about 3 years because my migrains more or less stop when I am pregnant so I haven't gotten them refilled. If I can sleep I will but usually with my husband being out to sea or at work and 3 children under 3 there is no way, shape, or form to sleep it off.

I used to get them a lot, but they have calmed down a bit.I was in a motorcycle accident, head slammed into a brick building, cause of headaches. Because of accident and everything else that comes with it, I had neck problems which would trigger some of my headaches. Went to therapy, take some tylenol arthritis and all is better

I do sometimes..and they are normally brought on by stress..lack of sleep..and every now and then if I skip out on caffine for weeks..itll be from lack of caffine

I tend to get migraines right after a stressful event - it's like their my bodies way of coming down from the high stress level, it's weird.  I've had a couple really bad cycles where I'll get four or five a week for several months, but luckily I haven't had one in over a year (knock on wood!!) They're so debilitating, I dread them.  I've been taking magnesium and B complex, and seeing a great chiropractor regularly and I think that has helped me avoid them lately.
