I use myfitnesspal.com--it's so quick and easy. I've been bad about using it lately and I can tell because the scale has been moving in the wrong direction :/ But I'm really trying to get back on track and make a habit of it.

I used to do it, but I had eating disorders so I used them for evil. I don't anymore.

I tried to do this but I can't count calories without wieghing and measuring everything and honestly it's a pain in the butt. I just eat off a saucer and what fits on the plate fits and what doesn't I don't eat.
