I wish I had a technique...lol. I have a heck of a cold right now. I guess my immune system is in a funk after having surgery last Wednesday and now I feel like I have the flu.
Wash hands, lysol wipes daily, clorox anywhere hard surface spray for all the toys when he's had friends over and once a week if he hasn't had friends over. Don't allow sick kids over even if it's just the sniffles. No sharing food/drink. No kissing on the lips if either one of us feels even a little "off". Boost the vitamin C. Keep away from large crowds during flu season.
wash hands, lysol wipes and sprays, makes sure the kids have their vitamins etc...
Quoting bethany169:Honestly, we really don't do anything special. We're pretty good about handwashing but other than that, I think we all just got lucky and got great immune systems. We're hardly ever sick. If someone does get sick, I try to open up all the windows and air out the house so we're not all breathing the same stale, germy air, but that's about it.
I just clean the mess out of EVERYTHING...including my hands. Not that I don't always wash my hands but I am more OCD about it when someone in my house is sick. After all, I am mommy, I hold and touch EVERYONE.
Not specifically but we wash hands a lot!
