Posted by   + Show Post

So I am always looking for good book recommendations. What are you reading right now - or do you have any recommendations?

Me too. I'm on the first book.

I finally decided to join the pack and read 50 Shades.

I'm re-reading the first one right now. :-) How do you like it so far?

What types of books do you enjoy reading? I like Non-Fiction books like True Crime & autobiographies. If you are a fan of Tina Fey her book Bossypants was really good. If you like True Crime books Ann Rule is a great author, I won just about every book she ever wrote.

Oh if you like fantasy, I enjoy the books by Gregory Maguire. He is the author of Wicked and a few others.

I should be reading my book group's recent selection but I haven't gotten my hands on it yet. I'm also in the midst of Cloud Atlas, which I'm loving.

I have that on reserve at the library!

I'm currently reading Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver. It's the second book in the Delirium series. Before that, I read the five Mortal Instruments books (Casandra Clare) that are out.

Next up on my "to read" list are: Lone Wolf, The Evolution of Mara Dyer, and the Gemma Doyle books.

I'm a high school English teacher, so I read piles of YA novels.

I highly recommend Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. If you like the Divergent series, I would check out the Delirium series by Lauren Oliver.

I'm not reading anything at the moment.  This is my busy season so it'll be after the holidays before I have time for another book.

This story is held in the Holocaust(this book is fiction). It's basically about a boy that moves because his dad got a promotion(he's in the military) and the german boy becomes friends with this jewish boy that is in a concentration camp.

I had seen the movie(didn't know there was a book) and I want to say the movie is great but the ending is very jaw dropping.

Quoting jryberg:

What is it about?

Quoting extremelibrary:

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas.
