I am Wisconsin Synod Lutheran.  We believe that babies should be baptised.  We don't train our children for mission work, unless they choose that path, although we do train them to be missionaries in their own way and daily life.

I am protestant and we believe that as well. :-) my parents are fundamentals and couldn't undertand why we were baptising our newborns. I tried to explain it was a difference in philosophy on what baptism meant. They still refused to come. Oh well. :-(

My guess would have been Morman because of the geneology and mission references, but they baptize at Age 8, not 7. 

ETA: I looked at the website at the top of the image...she is Morman, and she writes parenting books.

As for the article, it seems pretty on point for my 4 year old DD, other than the making her own breakfast.  (She can't reach the milk for cereal, and she can't use the stove for oatmeal, etc)
