I take an afternoon nap at about 230pm and then I try to go to sleep by 730pm at the latest. lately I have found that I am only getting about 4.5 hours of sleep though!! Im not ready to start my youngest in pre-school full time just yet, which would make a difference in my sleeping and it is hard for me to just go right to sleep when I have the chance to : /
