bananas, skim milk or milk of choice

peel bananas cut up and freeze them. put in blender or food processor with a tiny bit of milk ( approx 1/4 c) and blend it will come out looking like soft ice cream if you want you can add frozen berries or sugar sub or whatever you use but it doesn't need it IMO it taste great and my kids love it.

I like to use frozen fruit. Back when I made my own yogurt I would put that plus the frozen berries into the blender then freeze it. YUMMY! I would add a little stevia or honey for a little added sweetness. Now I want homemade yogurt!

That sounds wonderful.....and I probably wouldn't need the sugar, either.

I'll try this for my kids this summer (minus the sugar).  Sounds great.

Yum! A friend just shared this with me on FB too - now I have to try it! I freeze spotty bananas for smoothies - so good!

We cut up bananas, add some pineapple and sometimes shredded coconut.  We whip it through the food processor and make freezer pops.
