Chicken nuggets. Anykind of processed food. I have to moniter his food intake. It makes him have reactions. Not sleep well, hyperactive, zoning out..

My son loves carbs. Any carbs. He will eat different types of bread all day if I would let him. He loves bread, crackers, rice and pastas. Of course he is a typical kid in that he likes hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza etc....oh wait, all carbs there too....LOL
