2 moms liked this

my son went trick or treating at the mall, he did a good job, he held his bucket and even went up to some of the candy givers by himself.  :)

How did your child do Halloween?

So sweet!!

Elijah was too scared to go to the doors, so Liam (my 5 year old) trick or treated and then asked for one for his big brother. Then he would walk back to Elijah and say, "Elijah, you have to say 'trick or treat'!" and Elijah would say it (kind of) and then Liam would give him the candy. It was pretty cute.

Brooke and Christopher did good. Christopher told everyone Happy Halloween and Thank you. Brooke was more reserved because she doesn't do good with strangers. There was One instance that was quite embarrassing. She chose to speak and say the wrong thing. She looked through the candy dish and told the guy she wanted Twizzlers, which he didn't have. She had a bit of an attitude. I wanted to sink right into the sidewalk.

sammygrl kids are supposed to emberess us parents LOL

we had a incident too, my son doens't talk and one guy was saying to my son "say trick or treat" and my son held his bucket up to him and the guy said it again "say trick or treat" and my son just walked away and made a mad noise... it upset him then we were done trick or treating I didn't want to push him more and have a meltdown.  he was really happy and proud and so all in all it was a good night.

So cute! My SN little guy was actually asleep threw Trick or Treating..... He had a sensory overload at school then several meltdowns after school until he crashed for the night.

Simply put, this is me:
