My son doesn't but my husband and I don't.  I use the bracelet from laurenshope.com and get the actual tag from MedicAlert - I have too many issues to fit on one tag so this way, it's a full medical history, insurance, etc. housed at MedicAlert.

Alana is the only one because of her severe seafood allergy. More than likely she is allergic to iodine also. And with her starting to drive on her own in a few weeks (yikes!) she needs to have one. She has a bracelet.
