I was told it might be better to take my daughter to someone who a private doctor that specializes in spectrum.. I took my daughter to harbor healthcare for an evaluation, & there was a lot of inconsistencies in the report!! Most of the report was a copy and paste from her evaluation from last year!! Also he had another child's name in the report, & he contradicted his self a lot.. Any answers will be so helpful thank you in advance!!!

Are you able to change workers?  Did you talk to supervisor?  How long have you had them?

Yes I'm going to change different place. And I am going to talk to his supervisor.. Thanks! I have been going to harbor since she was three. And at that time a lady did the testing. So he copied most of that report to his.. He can't do that!??

No he can't is has to be individualized--I use to be a behavior specialist and now I just starting up again as a Medical Social Worker--the plans are suppose to be for that person only and not copy and paste-that is a no, no, no--

I would for sure see someone new! That isn't helpful for your daughter, especially if things are different now, and she needs new services, or other things.

We take my son (ASD 3 yr old) to a neurologist and we have been happy with him. We've been to developmental pediatricians and weren't too happy with them. We also have a neuropsych eval set up for August via a neuropsychologist. The neuropsych eval is done over 4 days so they can get a more complete picture of your child. It's costly but I think worth it and many pvt SN schools here require it for admissions (in NYC). You definitely shouldn't stay with the cut and paste guy!! He's just so wrong on many levels. Good luck finding a new person!

Definitely find someone else. That should never happen. I'd also report him, because his supervisor needs to know he is doing that.
