At the birthday party today, there was a little boy with autism. He is a friend's don who we don't see very often. He instantly clicked with christopher. they spent hours chatting and the child pushed christopher around in his wheelchair. There were a few times the son got distracted and left him in the middle of the room, which I found hilarious. Then it was time to sing happy birthday, which neither of them like. I took them both outside and the son was telling christopher it was ok because we could just go out because thats what he does when the sound is too much. They decided that they are going to skype and call each other. It was just an awesome time where christopher want the odd man out with all the kids who usually state at him or don't know how to play with him.
