My Robbie is sooooooo excited to be going to 1st grade in August! He asked me if we can buy his supplies this week and if I can take him to school next week. He doesn't want a summer vacation... I am so glad he loved kinder this last year and despite his issues, he is doing great! Whoooo Hooooo!

Aww, so sweet. I think my little guy is really going to miss K. We were outside last night and I told him that he is off school for a while and will see his classmates and teachers in a few months. I wasn't sure if he really understood how long that was, but he stuck out his bottom lip and said "bye. Go in house" and walked away pouting!

I think the art time has helped him a lot with his issues... he loves painting...

The last day of school, at their party, his teacher told the class "enjoy today with your friends because when you go home, you won't see them and next year you might have the same friends in your class or you will have new friends" and I think it helped... plus i keep my 8yr old's friend so they have a playmate 2 days a week.
